\u201cWe did a dragon connection meditation and painted our own dragons. Everyone’s dragon was different, and all the dragon paintings were beautiful. The process of painting was not only fun but also healing, making it an amazing experience. I met my dragon during the meditation\u2014it looked like “Haku” from Spirited Away, so I decided to use Haku as a reference for my painting. I also learned a lot from this workshop, including how to create egg tempera paintings.\u201d<\/span><\/p>
