Making new colors. Metallic pink has arrived my pallet . I found metaric natural mica powder which is from the earth natural colour! Its so shiny and surprising me these metaric color exist in nature in mineral kingdom.

Let’s see how it flows with color of indigo.

Happy New Year 2025!

I hope everyone had a beautiful time welcoming the new year.
I wanna share my new year resolution with you. My resolution is to embrace the integration of yin and yang—dark and light—both intertwining into wholeness. This is an ancient philosophy from Tao about the balance of yin and yang, and I want to embody this philosophy more deeply to understand polarity and unity.

To me, the dragon represents the energy that moves up and down through the Earth—from the North Pole to the South Pole—and within our bodies, traveling between the sacrum and the crown of the head along the spine.

Like in this painting, I aim to navigate polarity and understand its cycles, which come with the changing seasons.

This year, we enter the Year of the Snake in the Chinese zodiac. I’ve been researching ancient Japanese mythology about the Dragon Snake gods, which is believed to embody the same energy. Both are representations of energy that moves between worlds.

It feels like a beautiful way to start the year by connecting with this unifying energy. I hope you are welcoming beautiful energy into your year ahead!

It's the day before the New Year, coinciding with the new moon—a time that feels both powerful and peaceful for me to reflect on the past year. I am filled with gratitude for all the support I have received from my family, friends, project team, and the unseen world. Because of the love and encouragement I've experienced, I stand here today. This year, I have especially delved deeper into creation stories featuring dragons. This exploration has been transformative and has helped me remember who I am. It is an ongoing path of self-discovery, and my artistic journey has illuminated this process.

I am sending you compassionate energy through Quan Yin and the white golden dragon. Take a moment to feel grounded and extend compassion to yourself. このギャザリングは日本熊本県阿蘇。火山のふもとで３月に行われるギャザリングです。ドリームタイムリトリートをとおして出会った主催者 @lata_to_you の祈り、セレモニーに対する思いは心から共感でき、今回このギャザリングに参加できることをとっても嬉しく思っています。セレモニーとは、「人生の節目や、地球暦の節目に、セレモニーを通してエネルギーの調整をして、自分の本質を生きるということに近づいていこう」そういう流れを社会の一部にしていくこと。と語る彼女のワークは本物で力があります。阿蘇の火山とオーストラリアバイロンベイの火山とをつなげ、私達の意識をつなげていくことの一部として働きかけていけるといいなと思い、みなさんと地球の土地と土地をセレモニーを通してエネルギーへと働きかけていけたらいいなと思っています。

We can always return to this inner sanctuary, especially when the external world becomes chaotic from time to time. It serves as a powerful reminder that this tranquility resides within us.

Ryūtai moji (龍体文字), or "Dragon Body Scrip

Ryūtai moji (龍体文字), or "Dragon Body Script," is an ancient Japanese script believed to have originated around 5,600 years ago. Inspired by the powerful symbolism of dragons, it represents the life force of all things. Connected to the deity Umashiashikabihikoji, who deified the essence of life, this script bridges the physical and spiritual worlds, embodying energy and divine flow.

I’m sharing this dragon script at my Dragon Kakizome Painting Workshop on January 4th from 10 AM to 12:30 PM! In this workshop, we’ll focus on painting dragons, tapping into their powerful symbolism. You’ll also explore Ryūtai moji (Dragon Body Script), an ancient script inspired by the dragon’s energy and life force.
